Due to the personal nature of our products and COVID-19 safety measures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or restocks to protect the health of our customers and staff.

Our balms are made with natural ingredients and have a melting point of 76°F. We are not responsible for weather-related melting or consistency changes during shipping. While this does not affect the product’s benefits, refunds will not be issued for heat exposure.

Damaged or incorrect order?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
